Challenges

The platform was at an early stage with no visual identity or defined user experience.

Key problems

  • No logo, brand identity, or unified visual system

  • No landing page to attract and register users

  • No structured site flow or user scenarios

  • Lack of a component system for scalability

  • Needed to account for two roles with distinct use cases

Hypotheses

  • A minimalist and structured UX will reduce entry barriers

  • Identity and 3D elements will make the product more engaging and recognizable

  • Clear separation of student/teacher dashboards will improve usability and engagement

  • A UI-kit and design system will speed up development and future feature delivery

Process

  • Researched EdTech competitors and mapped user flows

  • Developed the logo, brand identity, and visual guidelines

  • Created 3D illustrations for the landing page and dashboards

  • Built the site flow and defined key user scenarios

  • Designed a clickable prototype to test UX solutions

  • Developed a UI-kit with components and tokens for scalability

  • Designed the main landing page with registration and login

  • Created two role-based dashboards

Results

  • A unified brand identity and logo reflecting the platform’s values

  • 3D visuals that enhanced the interface and brand perception

  • A landing page with registration/login converting visitors into users

  • Two complete dashboards for students and teachers

  • A UI-kit and prototype that enabled fast launch and scalability
