A B2B dashboard for managing referral tools, tracking rewards, and accessing the API

Goals

The goal was to provide B2B partners with easy access to referral stats, API tools, widgets, and marketing materials while keeping the interface simple and visually consistent with the core product.

We built the affiliate platform from scratch for a crypto exchange service.

I worked on UX, UI, the design system, reviews, animations, and 3D.

Challenges

The old partner section was too basic, hard to use, and didn’t support key scenarios like API key customization or managing referral tools.

Main issues

  • Low partner engagement

  • Frequent support requests

  • Limited and unclear functionality

  • Poor visual consistency with the main product

Hypotheses

  • A more flexible and intuitive interface would increase partner engagement

  • A better UX could help attract larger partners

  • Referrals tools and APIs would be used more if easier to set up

  • Visual consistency with the main platform would improve trust

Process

  • Collected hypotheses from product, marketing, and support teams

  • Mapped out scenarios for different partner types

  • Designed UX: structure, behavior, edge cases

  • Built UI components and layout templates

  • Assembled a B2B design system

  • Released and gathered feedback from support and partners

Results

  • Interface became simpler and easier to use for for all partner types

  • Support load was reduced

  • Components were reused across other products

  • Onboarding new partners became faster and smoother

  • The visual style became cleaner and strengthened brand trust

  • The design became scalable and easier to maintain
